In 2014, I made a serious decision to change my health and fitness. I was overweight, and the situation had become dire for my health. Since that decision, I lost weight and improved my athletic ability in the process. Today, I have coached many individuals to help improve their athleticism through this and other tailored programs, including helping young athletes improve their jumping abilities. My style of training is empathetic and understanding. I am not a boot camp instructor and I’m not here to shout at you.
